  1. Shipping Protection (Optional – Powered by SEEL)

To provide additional peace of mind, we offer optional Shipping Protection powered by SEEL at checkout.

Shipping Protection covers:

Lost packages

Damaged items during transit

Theft after confirmed delivery

If you choose to add Shipping Protection to your order, claims can be filed directly through the SEEL protection portal using your order number.

Please note:

Shipping Protection is optional.

If Shipping Protection is not selected, the order remains covered under the carrier’s standard liability policies.

  1. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes determined by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking numbers are provided once the order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.

  1. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
